Kyle Naismith, CPA, PMP

Kyle is the founder of Naismith Consulting, with 12+ years of finance leadership across physician-owned practices, MSOs, and PE-backed healthcare platforms, including direct CFO tenure. He partners with physician owners, investors, and leadership teams to improve visibility, strengthen decision-making, and build scalable financial infrastructure.

Kyle has served as Chief Financial Officer, Director of Finance, and Controller for multi-entity organizations navigating rapid growth, systems implementations, and post-acquisition integration. He leads finance transformations from assessment through implementation, including cash-to-accrual conversions and ERP and BI implementations. Results include cutting a month-end close from 20 days to 10 and managing a 28-person revenue cycle team to a 48% reduction in stale accounts receivable.

He is known for combining operational discipline with a collaborative, hands-on approach, translating complex financial and operational challenges into clear, actionable plans, and seeing them through to execution.

He began his career in commercial banking and in public accounting at Deloitte & Touche before moving into operational leadership.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys cooking, skiing, and scuba diving, pursuits that reflect his appreciation for discipline, curiosity, and continuous learning.
