Kyle Naismith is a CPA with over 17 years of experience leading strategic finance and operational transformation initiatives for founder-led and operationally complex organizations. He partners with leadership teams to improve visibility, strengthen decision-making, and build scalable infrastructure that supports sustainable growth.

Throughout his career, Kyle has served in senior finance leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer, Director of Finance, and Controller. His experience spans multi-entity organizations navigating rapid growth, operational change, systems implementations, and post-acquisition integration.
