Kyle Naismith is a CPA and the founder of Naismith Consulting, with 12+ years of finance leadership experience, including direct CFO tenure at a PE-backed healthcare platform and senior finance leadership at a $40M+ multi-entity MSO. He partners with leadership teams to improve visibility, strengthen decision-making, and build scalable infrastructure that supports sustainable growth.

Throughout his career, Kyle has served in senior finance leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer, Director of Finance, and Controller. His experience spans multi-entity organizations navigating rapid growth, operational change, systems implementations, and post-acquisition integration, including managing a 28-person revenue cycle team to a 48% reduction in stale accounts receivable.
