Kyle Naismith, CPA

Kyle Naismith is a CPA with over 16 years of experience leading finance and operational transformation for growing and complex organizations. He partners with leadership teams to improve financial visibility, strengthen execution, and build scalable infrastructure that supports sustainable growth.

Kyle has worked across healthcare, tech-enabled services, and private equity–backed environments, often within multi-entity structures navigating rapid expansion and change. He began his career in public accounting as an auditor, developing a strong foundation in financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance before transitioning into senior operating roles.

Throughout his career, Kyle has served in leadership positions including Chief Financial Officer, Director of Finance, and Controller. In these roles, he has led ERP implementations, redesigned FP&A processes, strengthened internal controls, and guided organizations through post-acquisition integration and periods of significant growth. He has also supported sell-side M&A diligence, helping ensure clean data, audit readiness, and timely, accurate financial reporting.

Kyle is known for his operational discipline, collaborative approach, and ability to translate complex financial challenges into clear, actionable strategies. His work emphasizes aligning people, processes, and performance—enabling finance teams to serve as true strategic partners to the business.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys cooking, skiing, and scuba diving—pursuits that reflect his appreciation for discipline, curiosity, and continuous learning.
